Fennie Cheer (Animated)

My buddy PhoenixFire-Art has not been at his best of health these past few days, so I decided to make another pixel animation for him... featuring Fennie the Chespin. Get well soon, bud!
I stayed up all night making this and I'm happy that I was able to finish it as soon as I did. Hopefully it looks good in your guys' eyes! It sure does in my sleepy, restless eyes.
